St. Vincent & The Grenadines: THE MOTHERLAND

I may have been born stateside, but you can't argue with me about where I was made! I rep VINCY hard because its in my blood!

My mother and father were both born and raised on the main land. St. Vincent is made up of 32 islands and cays. Nine are inhabited, including the mainland St. Vincent and the Grenadines islands: Young Island, Bequia, Mustique, Canouan, Union Island, Mayreau, Petit St Vincent and Palm Island. My family blessed me with the gift of culture. I spent every summer as a child in the country on my grandmothers pig farm so I was able to really see and understand the island life style. Not to mention Ive  fallen out of coconut trees with the best of them, and Ive still got the scars to prove it!

My favorite thing about visiting VINCY in the summer is Carnival! I have been playing mas since I was 11 months old and it has become a part of my soul. The ability to be free, have a good time and not worry about that anyone thinks about you. If only people could learn to live like that every day...
